    how does one paste links in the downlosd manager for android version 7.8

      You don't paste links into the Download Manager.

      Normally you click a link to a downloadable file on a web page to start the download. If you have a link to a file that you copied from somewhere you can paste it into the browser's address bar to download it.

      Whichever way you start the download it will end up in the download Manager where you can pause, resume, cancel the download or re-download previous downloads
