      Not all phones allow third party apps like the UC Browser to access the file system which is necessary to upload photos using the browser. Using a signed version of UC browser may help, but if that doesn't work you can always upload photos by sending a picture message to your Facebook email upload address.

    which browser is best for samsung champ deluxe duos (it already has an in-built browser and opera mini 6 but that doesn't works nicely)

      The best browser is the one that works best for you on your phone. I don't have a champ deluxe duos so I have no idea which might be best. You say Opera Mini 6.0 doesn't work well so try 6.5 or stick with UC if that works well.
