Thanks for your comment. The Motorola's not a great phone but that's not the point. It's a common phone currently sold by a major US carrier. A commercial site like AirTran's needs to just work on as many handsets as possible.
The error is actually coming from Nextel's gateway not the phone, which means that the site does not work on 20 million user's phones.
